The assistants in the shop were all very friendly and helpful and had remembered me from my previous visit. I had arranged my appointment when a different Optometrist was working in the shop and was extremely pleased that I had. Her manner was extremely professional, giving me good advice about my glasses and trialing contact lenses. She changed my prescription for my glasses and as a result of her persistence with lenses, I now have much clearer vision.

A most satisfactory visit and so good to be helpd by such charming and polite staff. Optician Hema and her colleague Janet were both extremely thorough during my eye test this morning. Hema explained everything fully as the test was in progress and was most responsive in answering the questions I raised. Janet was very clear on everything to do with a replacement pair of glasses and most diligent in making sure they'd fit my needs. Definitely recommend.
